Our client saw an opportunity to bring a UK-focused gaming product to an international audience.  Black Swan Partners were employed to estimate the potential market, consider the investment required and help the process of communicating the features of the new product to regulators and key customers.

Improving the account opening process for a leading CFD and spread betting provider

Our client wanted to switch to a new credit reference agency and use the change as an opportunity to update and improve its entire account opening process.  We identified ways to improve the mobile application form, capture data earlier in the process to improve conversion and make the entire process more automated.

taxicon Simplifying the existing fee structure whilst securing annual revenue for an award winning UK share-dealing service To complement a new branding launch, our client wanted to review its current pricing model and align it more closely with a philosophy of offering a clear, honest and good value service.  The primary objectives were to ensure revenue and customer growth while maintaining margins, to promote broking activity and align an increase in customers and AUA with an increase in revenue.
